San Remo
10yo TB bay gelding, 15.3 with a star and sock.
"Carson" is the perfect everything-horse: lesson-safe, trail-proof, kind, and an excellent jumper. Capable of the child/adult divisions. Congratulations to Sarah and Danielle from Downingtown Pa on this handsome guy!
Lariat
9yo TB bay gelding, 16.2.
"Lariat" is unbeatable through level 6. He is fast, careful, brave, and very scopey. He loves his job, and always shows it with great enthusiasm. Would make a great partner for the avid competitor looking to move up to their next winner. Congratulations Shannon Miller, I am so happy for you!!!!
Maximus
14yo TB bay gelding, 16h blaze with a hind sock.
"Max" is the perfect first horse for any level rider, with any sized goals. He is super sweet and easy to handle on the ground, loves attention, and is a blast to ride. Nice, soft mouth; good lead changes, and a wonderful front end over the fences. With championship ribbons through level 2 in the jumper ring, Max is ready to show you the ropes. Brave and dead honest. Congratulations and best of luck to Steven Giuffrida from NJ!
Red Pepper
10yo chestnut TB gelding, 15.2h with a blaze and left front sock.
"Pepper": my old three-day horse, my first Grand Prix jumper. All the best to Kristin Petulla; may he teach you everything he taught me. Thank you Helen Goddard and Sean McCook.
Warrenty
7yo Dutch/TB bay gelding, 16.1 with a star.
"Warrenty" has multiple wins and ribbons from the child/adult jumper classes and level 5 classes at the rated shows. With his uphill build and confidence, he is the perfect first jumper. Beautiful standing still, comfortable to ride. Good luck Kerri, enjoy this beautiful horse!
Galaxy
8yo anglo-arab grey mare, 16.1h with a white face and three socks.
One of the most special mares I have ever had the priviledge of training and riding. Gal was so beautiful- standing still, grazing in the field, trotting, or jumping with her knees to her eyeballs with her riders hanging onto the mane to keep from falling off her back. Good luck to Miquel from Ashton Lane Farm in Georgia- enjoy the warmth!
Lucky Charm
14yo Welsh/cross grey gelding, 14.1.
"Lucky" has millions of miles from the show ring, and would make a super friend and competitor for a little kid that can't quite keep their heels down yet. He is very quiet, sweet, and easy to work around. His has auto lead changes and will jump anything in a straight line. Great equitation pony. Thank you LRJ, we'll miss you Lucky!
Nacho
8yo TB bay gelding, 15.3 hind sock.
"Nacho" has natural lead changes and a pleasant way of going. He has a presence that will get you noticed in the ring- as a dressage or hunter prospect. Very brave and honest to the jumps; good with his knees. Quiet and ready to go. Congratulations to Marlowe, Alex, and Stephanie- we are so excited for you!!
Andy
5yo paint pony, 11.2.
"Andy" is a cute mover, cute jumper, easy lead changer and the most angelic companion on the ground. Fabulous local pony for a little kid looking to start showing. Congratulations and have fun at Eclipse Equines!
Casper
3yo chestnut, 11 h hind stockings and white face.
"Casper" is as beautiful of a pony as you can get: flaxen mane and tail, roan chestnut body, high hind stockings and a blue eye. Perfect leadline pony or baby starter model. Congratulations and have fun at Eclipse Equines!
Ironman
6 yo Warmblood/TB chestnut gelding, 16.1 with hind stockings and a white face.
"Iron" is the most beautiful horse standing still, will crawl into your lap, and absolutely commands your kisses and attention. Super easy on the flat, auto lead changes, and fabulous form over fences. Dead honest, easy, and wonderful. Ideal hunter for any experienced rider. Fancy. A hearty congratulations to Jessie Lampe on this beautiful horse- you two are the perfect pair, with much success to come.
Bentley
5yo TB chestnut gelding, 16.2 with hind socks and star.
"Ben" has a great personality, both in the barn and under saddle. Incredibly brave and willing, "Ben" has a flat-kneed trot, slow canter, and nice square-knees over fences. Loves to please and a pleasure to be around. Great hunter prospect. Congratulations to Nisha Meyer on the purchase of this fantastic young horse, and thank you for keeping him in the barn!
Damian
5yo TB dark bay gelding, 16.1.
"Damian" could be a hunter or a jumper because of his super canter and scopey jump. He is dead quiet, very brave, and super willing. He has a lovely canter, and the most beautiful TB head and neck. His changes are solid and he has excellent ground manners. Good luck to Linda Flinn and your young daughters, and thank you Chris Murphy.
Rosie
10yo Haflinger mare, 13.1 with a blaze and stockings.
"Rosie" served well as a lesson pony for many months, but was better for pleasure and driving. She was a favorite among the little ones because of her Christmas card face and incredibly sweet personality. She has found a fabulous new home in Wagontown; good luck and have fun!
Texas Prize
8yo registered TB/Paint mare, 16.2 with perfect stockings and color.
"Texas" has auto changes, great square knees through 3'6, and will gladly pack anyone around any course. Has definite potential for bigger things. She has championships from various hunter shows in the Pleasure and Low Hunter divisions, and is a perfect teacher for the more timid rider. Good luck to her new owners at Yarmouth Stables, and thank you Chris Murphy.
Gryffin
6yo TB bay gelding, 16.1 with a star and three socks.
"Gryffin" is a great mover with really easy lead changes and a really cute jump. His is quiet but has a nice motor, and doesn't mind being out by himself cross country. Very sweet and very personable, Gryffin will be whatever you want. Congratulations Sarah Jansen- we are thrilled to keep Gryffin in the barn with us!
Brownie (Beau Gent)
4yo bay TB gelding, 16 h with a sock.
"Brownie" is beautiful, with an outstanding head and neck. He is a good mover, natural lead changer and a lovely, willing jumper. He has a super canter, and is very nice to work around. Excellent hunter prospect; ready for the baby greens. Congratulations Blair Allan on the purchase of this super young horse; you guys are a perfect match, and so beautiful to watch. Good luck in the young horse divisions this year!
Midnight Dancer
8yo Welsh/Morgan, 13.2 grey mare.
"Sassy" is as gorgeous as they come. She is a beautiful mover, and a beautiful jumper. Has lead changes. Needs a confident rider, as she has a very high opinion of herself. Registered with a permanent card. Congratulations to the Sill family on their purchase of Sassy, and welcome to the farm! You guys all make a beautiful team and a soon to be successful one.
All Decked Out
11yo Paint, 15.1 gelding.
"Linus" has been a part of the barn since it opened, winning many ribbons along the CCHSA in the pleasure and children's hunter divisions. A perfect first horse, Linus will now show Shannon Jansen the ropes in the hunter ring. Congratulations Shannon, you are a perfect pair!
Dino
5yo TB, 15.2 bay gelding
"Dino" was an off the track horse, with a very mild and humble personality. He was beautifully willing and quiet under saddle, with a matching long and rhythmic step. He was brave to the fences and quiet on the back side. Good luck to student Casey Gable from Mingo Stables!
Maddie
6yo TB, 16h chestnut mare
We all know chestnut mares, but this one is beautiful. She has mile-long legs and a back-cracking bascule over fences with natural lead changes. She isn't for everyone, but she is for Sarah Fillman. Good luck in the jumpers- you'll knock 'em dead!
Strider
8yo Welsh cross, 14.1 liver chestnut gelding, star and sock.
"Strider" was used in the lesson and lease program, fulfilling every need from a super reliable jumper and lead changer, to a laid-back beginner walk-trotter. I was thrilled when the Moffitt's decided to buy Strider after leasing him for the summer. He is as adorable as Chloe, and together they can do anything! Good luck!
Vega Sicilia
11yo Argentinian import, 16.2 chesnut gelding, blaze and 4 stockings.
"Papi" is a lovely horse to look at, and an even lovlier horse to ride. Perfect for a child/adult amateur looking to get some experience on a seasoned jumper horse, without the extra spit and fire. Very brave and uncomplicated, has great flatwork and a super sensible mind. Papi is now enjoying work at his new home, Timber Edge Farm, of Horsham PA. Good luck!
Angel
5yo TB, 16.1 bay with 3 socks and a star.
Angel came in with my new horse as a re-sale. Within a week, he was gone! He was superbly quiet, attractive, and willing. He was also bought by a local trainer as a project.
Magic
5yo TB, 16.2 bay with hind socks and a star.
Magic was formerly another student of mine's. He was the perfect hunter-type: flat knees, even tempo, high knees over fences, and comformationally attractive. He was purchased by a local trainer as a project.
Penalty Box
8yo TB, 16.3 plain bay.
"PB" was a large part of the lesson string. He was a gentle giant, and a perfect teacher for anyone. He knew basic dressage, yet would plot around for any little kid. Because of some comformational issues, he couldn't jump very high, but it didn't matter because he was such a love. PB now teaches in DC, at another barn with other loving students.
Future Glamour Girl
7yo Oldenburg/Arabian, 15.1 red roan mare with stockings and a white face.
"Gigi" was tough-very untrusting, afraid, and malnourished. She had some experience when we found her, but it was covered with a lack in confidence and poorly framed muscles. Within a few short weeks, Gigi's flatwork had improved and she was able to be competitive at A rated jumper shows. She cleaned up in the local divisions. Gigi is a beautiful mover and snappy jumper, but she is not easy. I was thrilled when Susie McGlinchey and her mom Jeanne found her to continue Susie's eventing and dressage career. Thank you for providing her a lovely home at Blue Goose Training Center-congratulations!
Bentley
4yo TB, 16h bay gelding with a small star.
Some off the track horses are unpredictable, and others are like "Ben"-quiet, trusting, and willing to do whatever you ask of them. Since day 1, despite his emaciated body and dull eyes, Ben loved human contact and answered "yes" to every question we asked of him. His new owner, Missy Schaffer, who is just getting back into riding after many years, couldn't be more perfect for him. We have all the faith in the world that Ben will turn out to be a beautiful, easy pleasure horse and hunter-good luck!
Galaxy
7yo Anglo-Arab, 16.1 grey mare with a white face and hind socks.
In her former life, "Gal" was a camp/lesson horse. Upon purchasing her last August, it was only a matter of time before we discovered her exquisite movement, natural balance and lead changes, and unbelievable jump. No sooner than January 1 did one of my students Jessie Lampe steal her from me. The pair are now excelling in children's jumpers, and are soon to embark on their eventing career! Good luck!
Kodiak
3yo Anglo-Arab, 15.3 chesnut gelding with a star.
My mom bought "Kodi" on his second living day- Mother's Day. He was sweet, frisky, and beautiful to watch. At 2 we broke him and by the late fall he was jumping cross rails and I was teaching beginner lessons on him. By early January, a fellow equestrian Daniel Clasing picked him up to add to his string of event horses in MD. Good luck!
Annie
10yo Haflinger mare, 13.2h with a blaze.
Annie was a student's horse of mine that needed a job. It didn't take long for Swan Lake Arabians in Boothwyn PA to take Annie in for their lesson program and hopeful future therapeutic riding program. Annie is doing well and enjoys her new home and new friends- good luck!
Walk the Line
9yo TB, 16.2 black gelding.
"Cash" came to me as a boarder in June. By the end of the month his owner needed to find him a new home. After a long racing career, Cash is still a true gentleman in and out of the barn, especially on trails! Within three jumping sessions he was up to 2'9, cantering lines and starting to learn his changes. It was no surprise that one of my students, Carrie Higgins, bought him to start a career in the hunter/jumper world. We are glad to have Cash stay with us, and are sure he will excel in whatever Carrie wants to do! Good luck!
